What belongs here

• A CLI you reach for daily (e.g. ripgrep, fzf, jq, gh)
• An IDE config or extension that meaningfully changed your workflow
• A service or web tool with a non-obvious "how to actually use it"

What doesn't

• Generic tutorials of well-documented tools — link to upstream docs instead and just note our specific usage
• One-shot scripts — those go in Workflows instead
